You know, I've been wanting to buy one of these bags because they're made to be durable, but one thing I've noticed is that there are no pockets inside the main compartment, yet no one who does the "what's in the my bag" for the mini kanken has ever had a purse organizer in the bag. It seems like one of those in the mini would be helpful in sorting out the small things us ladies tend to carry.
I had a bag organizer in mine when I first got it. I hated it tbh. It was more obnoxious than helpful, for me. I love the lack of built in pockets. Makes it much more flexible. I personally just use small zip pouches to organize everything. :)

I ordered the classic, mini & sling. Returned the classic because it was too large for what I needed to carry. I mainly just wanted it as a purse so I kept the mini & sling.
