      Thanks for replying. We are so frustrated. Last night was the last time we even tried to do this troubleshooting. It’s been months and these people just keep telling us “just one more thing my friend” “just weak clean, and do a check print my friend” same thing for months. We are at the end of our rope. Those people have zero honesty. I cannot believe how many people they have scammed

    Thank you so much for sharing this! Makes me want to stay away from alibaba, I hate long shipping times for one, but to deal with bad customer service policies, no thanks. Off to watch your other video...

      I don't want to scare you away from Alibaba. There are legitimate sellers there who have great products. I still buy my sublimation tumblers from there in bulk. This was just my 1 experience with this DTF printer. It's a sensitive machine, plus everything was lost in translation and time difference; it all just added up to a negative experience. But don't let my experience scare you away. Always make sure to read reviews!! 🙂

    What was the Chinese brand you had problems with? I've purchased a couple printers direct from China (not Alibaba) and have been pleased so far.

    very very nice and rich video with Info. Sorry about your experience. Would you consider getting another one with better reviews or you would say all of them are bad ?

    • @NekoPrints

      Thanks for watching! Honestly, I wouldn't consider another printer right now. Not because of my experience, because not all companies are the same, but rather because it's not right for my business.

      Appreciate it! I'm not going to be getting any more printers, however. At least not for the foreseeable future. They aren't right for my business. If I ever am in the market though I'll make sure to hit you up!

    What do you think about buying a Japanese brother dtg or the new dtf printer

    • @NekoPrints
      @NekoPrints  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That depends on your business and your needs. For me, a printer like a DTG isn't right for my business, and a DTF printer is too much maintenance and I don't want to deal with the fumes. They could both, however, be very beneficial for your business. You just need to make sure they are the right printers for your needs.

    I just got a big commercial DTF printer from China and already wish I wouldn’t have gotten it. I haven’t even set it up and after seeing all the health hazard stuff I just want to return it.

    • @NekoPrints
      @NekoPrints  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Unfortunately when buying from China, that's never an option unless the product is damaged. And even then they'll give you the run around. Make the best out of it! Make sure you have proper ventilation and if possible, an open area to run it in. Otherwise maybe consider selling it if in the long run it doesn't work out for you. I've made some pretty expensive mistakes so I feel you!
