In Washington DC ALL of the museums and art galleries are FREE.
The Smithsonian ones are! Thank goodness most of the museums in DC are Smithsonian :) But unfortunately, some of them are not free, like the Spy Museum :\

Sam L I don’t think they did know they were different. Alex referred to the artist as Monet too. For a couple who visit museums and travel as much as they do, they are are uncultured.

Most importantly I’m curious as to how you travel and having Alexa enrolled in preschool. I want to enrol my little boy into pre-school part time but good nurseries tend to have really long waiting lists and they don’t really accommodate travel etc. How do you manage this? Would be really useful to hear your perspective xxx

walk to school, no uniforms,
education is free. Yet our kids
learn at least four languages,
high maths level and...... In
fact it is much highet than the
level of UK, USA or any English
speaking country. Finnland leads
in education.
