Hi everyone! The lesson was amazing. I have never heard before that Present Simple and Present Continuous can be used to speak about past events. Thanks for this extremely interesting fact.
Thanks so much for this new lesson."A sight for my sore eyes".Congratulations for your cristal clear teaching way.Unique ,you are unique. Nice day.خيل وليل وبيداء
Narrative/ dramatic present! Just what the doctor ordered 😉 if only I could thank you enough Minoo !🤗 Not only are you a shining guiding star, but galaxy too. Minoo, Good night, God bless and much love. See you soon hopefully with another new one. 🌻🌺😃
I rarely find the explanation of the last part - using the simple present and present continues to tell a story happened in the past. So, thanks a lot for this crystal clear explanation. 👍
I have to say ! I get too many notifications from youtube, I just cannot keep up with them all. However, no sooner did I spot yours among them, it's another story, I just cannot let it go passed by me without watching it there and then. Phew! Isn't splendid to have you here once again !Now, you wouldn't happen to have any videos about binomials, would you by any chance? Many thanks for time .🌻🌺🌻
I really appreciate your watching the lesson as soon as it's released. That's a huge boost to its ranking. As for binomials, I'm afraid not yet, but that's a great suggestion.
Thank you so much my lovely teacher Minoo 🌹 ❤ I really enjoy your lessons Your accent is very simple and clear I love you my teacher Minoo and I hope one day I can talk to you directly.
Hello Minoo, thanks for the video. What tense would you use in these sentences: Do you work tomorrow? Do you go to school tomorrow? Or Are you working/going... ?
What a marvelous lesson! The last usage is quite new for me even though I've heard it a lot in English jokes. I'd just like to clarify if using past tenses is widely acceptable while telling jokes or do they have to be in present tenses only? Thank you so much. Your lessons are very useful in enhancing my knowledge and boosting my confidence when using English.
You're welcome, Amani! I'd keep jokes to Present Simple, and personal events to Past Simple unless you want to paint a very vivid picture of what happened to you.
@@AngloLinkEnglish thank you sir there is a sentence in your second story for part of starting that "the other day, i WENT for a walk in the park" i wondering why the WENT is not changed to the GO even though the present tense. Would you happen to know how I think that was adding SO that's why possible? I mean if because of the SO ? my english not enough yet

Hello Minoo, thanks for the video. What tense would you use in these sentences: Do you work tomorrow? Do you go to school tomorrow? Or Are you working/going... ?
You're welcome, Tatiana.
Use the Continuous form: Are you working tomorrow?
I'll do a more detailed lesson on the future tenses soon.

Thank you so much for this lesson ☺☺. Could you possibly make more videos on prepositions?
You've probably seen the four lessons on prepositions on my channel, but, yes, I'll be doing a few more soon.
@@AngloLinkEnglish Thanks 🤗
Thanks mam for the pdf
Most welcome 😊
Outstanding lesson ma'am. Thank you very much. Would you please answer this ma'am, i.e., contraction of either 'lots of' or 'a lot of' is 'lotsa'?
Thank you!
That's not a contraction you can write down, just the way it's pronounced.
@@AngloLinkEnglish Thank you ma'am. Would you be a little bit clear? I mean it's 'lots of'. Am I right? If so, please confirm it ma'am
Fantastic lesson Minoo jan😍
Thanks a lot!

i have a question about the man who was swimming or is swimming in the sentences.
did he get in the lake? and did he swimming?
Yes, he did.

Yes, you tell the listener that the event is in the past, but you continue in the present to make it more exciting.

What is the difference between of and about?
As always with prepositions, there's no explanation of why it's 'of' and 'not 'about'. You just have to learn it as part of the phrase.
@@AngloLinkEnglish got it
Could you please tell me how can improve my reading and understanding English skill

Hello my dear teacher
I was wondering if you have time to answer my question
He is very smart he will pass this difficult exam or he is going to pass this difficult exam
Which is correct is going to or will?
Thank you
You will hear both, but if you take 'being smart' as evidence, then use 'going to'.

I wanted to make sure he was right

I'm glad you liked the lesson, Mohammed!
Could I say * I wish I could thank you enough * instead of * I can't thank you enough * Much obliged for your time in advance.
You can certainly say that, but it's not as common to hear that as 'I can't thank you enough.'
Mam what is the difference between
I play tennis (without time expression)
I play tennis inthe morning (with time expression)
When do we use I play tennis
When do we use I play tennis inthe morning
Can you please explain?...mam
I play tennis: A fact
I play tennis in the morning: A habit
The difference is minimal.
Hello mam
I like you Minoo
Thank you!
