What a great example of "you can't solve a problem on the level it was created" 👍

Another way I like to look at this is: either you are reaCting (negative, fearful) or you are Creating (positive, loving) in response to any situation. Keep 'em coming, John - a lot of good food for thought. Including the salad bar lol

As a boss what also works is a clarification, not who is to blame but what is the problem, how do we fix it? Once they know you aren't blaming them, and you are only focused on the solution, they can focus on helping you find the solution, and usually inadvertently show you how and why it occurred in the process, if they do not know You can review why your systems which allowed the problem to arise later. If I appointed them and they screwed up the responsibility relies with me, or the processes I have allowed to be created. Not saying sometimes it isn't just a person screwing up, that happens, but unless it was malicious it is a matter of training or removing the opportunity to screw up through process. We all screw up every now and again.

So, how can we use this fear response with the Covid vaccine? Is there a way to alleviate people's negative response? If so, let's put it to work. Lives are at stake. Love to All.
