id say its a AT 15 (CC AT 15.4 - 15.7)
technically not an AT, since theres only a single part which requires more than 2 fingers, and INs are capable of having sections requiring 3 or more fingers, take pixel rebelz for example.

The thing I’ve noticed with the flick notes is that you don’t need to move so much to hit them. You could hove half a centimeter and that would be sufficient.

I’d say 15.4 to 15.6 since it seems hard to match the rhythm and visual when most of the stuff are extremely fast.
At the last part, if you let the note snaps on each steps following the beats instead of a casual descending movement, it’s a bonus point for visual difficulty; or use two angled judgement lines to make players use 4 fingers giving it an extra difficulty to read both sides at once using the rhythm.

You need to have these things first
1.Know Chinese
2.Have a QQ account
3.Have a rks of 15 or higher
If you have these three things, you can just go to bilibili to search it up
I don’t have a QQ acc, so I can’t make fanmade charts
