CG doesn't provide a double stack for the arcanite axe. He was just hit by both axes simultaneously. You can see Zj gets one stack per swing at 1:50:19. But I'm not an expert. it's an observation from the game.

Yeah they are putting in a bounty system for the playoffs. Stuff like "win with chogall" or "win with twin blades varian" and that team then gets a $50 bounty
