ARRMA® adds extra toughness everywhere it counts, making this chassis the perfect platform for high-speed bashing whether you’re blasting through coastal sand dunes or thrashing across concrete sidewalks. It’s fully assembled and ready to accept your choice of powerful electronics.
The tough-as-nails anodized aluminum chassis has been reinforced with aluminum front and rear chassis braces and a tower-to-tower center brace for maximum durability. Bumpers and nerf bars supply impact protection on all sides. Thanks to an independent suspension with bump-soaking oil-filled shocks, the truck handles equally well over wicked or well-travelled tracks.
Its drivetrain is a masterpiece of heavy-duty design, featuring steel driveshafts, metal gears, and all-metal diff outdrives. Hmmm...the roller option seems to be the smart thing to do today since most swap the electronics with aftermarket stuff anyway! Seems this would be more profitable for companies to do going forward...
Not really in this case, the RTR has some nice electronics for a bargain $120 more than the roller To get even comparable aftermarket electronics, it would be probably over $300 for proper size ESC, motor & servo. Not to mention the receiver to match whatever your radio is.

They release a new roller. Fixing the issues with the Kraton diffs. This is why I love arrma. Traxxas would of just sold you the part to fix it and never bother fixing it themselves.

Maybe you can try Losi Baja Rey 1/5. I forgot the exact name but it is gas powered

Please Start carrying ZD Racing Trucks and JLB Also. Then Sell them for the Same Prices you can get them on Banggood. Also WLB Toys R/C's ( for the Same Price ) . They Make some Great Trucks at a GREAT Price but take so long to get them and parts IF ( sometimes when) they break.
The Mojave is a great truck, but this roller is overpriced, at least compared to the RTR version which is only $120 more and includes rather pricey ECS & motor, also includes a servo, receiver & radio. The ESC alone is worth more than the $120 price difference. I guess if you have the spare electronics it could make some sense.
