It feels like the casting for this series was absolutely perfect. I can’t picture anyone else in their roles
AppleTV needs to promote this serie way more. season 2 is actually turning to show a flagship potential for the platform
I'm a fantasy buff, having watched wheel of time, star wars, rings of power, willow, game of thrones, expanse, etc. and the show continues to engage better than them. I just didn't like the space pirate bit on seaspn one but the rest are phenomenal.

I definitely recommend watching the show. I’m a straight male and I enjoy the series purely because of him. Without Lee and Laura/Lora this show would be a big L

The 2nd season was a fantastic adaption of the book. Both Day and Demerzel elevated their acting to a higher level. Brilliant work!

Yeah, that opening scene shocked me a good one. There's fight sequence early on in "The Book of Eli" where Denzel faces off against tough odds. It's beautifully shot a lit as well and makes me wanna watch it in a loop...

In the sex scene when Cleon asks her to be herself it was so cool. He wants the robot to be what she was, mom, friend, confident and his mistress. What a erotic art scene.
IMO one of the greatest scenes for both characters since they both get close to death, after that a brutally damaged Demerzel carries the dying cleon to the infirmary for treatment and saves him.
It's so interesting, but at the same time, I feel like each iteration of "brother" is a little bit different, so sometimes I get the sense that Demerzel does transcend being thought of as merely property on at least one or two occasions with one iteration over another. Fleeting tender moments where there seemed genuine love, if only for an instant of vulnerability.
The 3 actors of Cleon Emperor, is very look alike.
