Hello i plugged an lg monitor via vga to hdmi converter in my ps4. Its 19V and i have the exact setup. When i open the monitor it is saying that it goes automatically to saving power mode. Also when i get to the menu it says" installation of dual smart solution will enable this menu". Is there any way you can advise me how to fix this problem. The monitor also i found it in the junk so i dont know if any inside piece is missing. Thank you.

but ager mai dono moniter ko duplicate display karraha hu to hi dono moniter start ho rahe and external monitor ko main moniter Kara and purana moniter remove Kara to vapis se out of range bta Raha hai
Mera external moniter boot menu ko bhi support nahi karrah
bas duplicate display pe chal raha hai
