Im looking for an animated effect we can randomize. Hair and vertical lines, specially. I know we can go to Noise and Grain and Turbulence, but those are mostly for dust particles, black and red, but looking for lines effect.
Using a video overlay makes it something that's already used by many and looping this loops the effects, which is not so professional, but a randomized effect that changes forever looks more professional.
But thanks, I will use this when I have 10 seconds or less videos
