I like the tip of exhaust being black my 2024 hard enduro isnt full black exhaust through tip. Is that a part #?

It’s an Enduro engineering spark arrestor I put on the stock muffler. Looks good but a pain to install.

Do the handlebars have threads on the ends for the hand guards?

No you have to use an expanding threaded insert. It comes with the hand guards.
