I’ve been wanting to get a custom ps5 controller and didn’t know which one to get. After I found your reviews I’m 100% getting a battle beaver pre built awesome reviews 🔥👍

For those trying to reprogram the BB PS5 controller with only two back buttons, the mute light does not flash, it's the main light around the touch pad. So hold the back two buttons, then hold the mute button for two seconds (until the main lights around the touchpad flash), and release after the flashing. Then, hold the back button you wish to program, then, hold the main button you want to put on the back button (holding both down). Release the front button you are sending to the back, and then release the back button. Finally, hit the mute button and you should be done. Side note, don't try to do this in game. I had to shut down Elden Ring and Steam in order to reprogram, as it wouldn't work if I had steam open.

Thank you for this...I was about to tear apart my house looking for the instructions since I never bothered to use them. Now I actually need them since my RT trigger crapped out.
Didn’t work actually on mine
Found my instruction:
Step 1 - press and hold both mappable buttons then press mic button once
Step 2 - press and hold the rear button you want to map. Mic button flashes. While holding, press and hold the button you want mapped to it. Release mappable button first, then release button you’re mapping to it.
Step 3 - press the mic button to save.
I’m thinking about getting one it’s in the cart and I have four buttons and right smart trigger

I did a long term comparison. It's holding up well. No issues. 👍
Do you prefer paddles or back buttons and witch are more comfortable and durable specifically the aim back pro paddles compared to the battle beaver back buttons wouch are more comfortable and natural feeling?
I like the AimControllers back paddle system more personally.
I prefer the paddles too, one thing I’m quite disappointed with my battle beaver is the button placement, the bottom two are supposedly where the ring fingers are, but my pinkies are on them.
how do you like them compared to the Aim controller?
Any future videos doing the 3 way comparison (Scuff,Aim and Battle Beaver)?

Battle beaver the best bro
Build quality of Battle beaver is miles ahead of the Pack and Aim doesn't add high tension once you high tension thumb stick there's no going back.
build time is their only down side
If you get the basic Battle beaver dual sense, does it come with a remap chip, or do I have to get the pro version for that?
Quick picks don't have remap chips unfortunately.

tell the people if they order this controller and dont ask for the chip the rear buttons dont work paid 269 for controller and it dont work they said i didnt order chip who know i what a chip was got rear button and dont work cant remap

I recently bought a reflex pro scuf controller with mouse click triggers and it broke because I would click it to hard with this company would the smart triggers brake if I press it to hard?
I want a battle beaver but the thing with me is I kinda squeeze my control while I'm shooting in an fps game and the buttons kinda hinder me ..any recommendations on where I should place the button on the back?
Standard placement is pretty good for most people 👍
Why do they only offer 4 buttons for playstation but 6 for xbox?

The shipment is via FedEx Express so that wont take long. It took 5 days to ship the controller from USA to Finland
Thinking about getting one I am 6’4 so I go to pretty big hands, would you say the standard layout for the buttons would be okay?
I’d say it should be fine. If you’re concerned contact them to see what options you have for making sure button placement is where you want it. 👍

@@3r1ck-_-77 I'm not a FPS player I just bought them because I like to customize the design but in terms of fast triggers and FPS features, Battle Beaver and Hex are the best but I would give attle Beaver a slight Edge because of the resistance features. However battle Beaver takes months before it gets delivered to you. Hex is faster
So far this one is my go to.

I have 2 on the way lol. Xbox series x controllers though. I cannot wait! I ordered them mid December so I know I still have a few month to go seeing as most people here and on Reddit said it's taken them like 3-5 months to get the controller UNLESS you manage to land the boost which I haven't been able to get yet unfortunately
I ordered mine too mid December and managed to get the boost two days ago. Today they gave me an update telling me that the controller will arrive in couple of days so it is definitely worth getting the boost. Keep trying, you'll get it eventually
I got a boost yesterday it’s a trick to getting it wait till 10am add to cart but don’t checkout , wait till the next day at 10am and then checkout you’ll get it quick cause your steps ahead already, I would suggest you sign up for shop pay it’s fast you’ll be good to go works like a charm ,

I went all out with mine...spent close to $400. I absolutely love it...when it works. My RT mouse click button stopped working twice now and needs to go back. First time it stopped working right after I got it in January. Second time just happened now. Am I bummed over it? Yes. Do I think any less of them? No. I just bought a second without the cosmetic BS as a backup. The must-haves for any PS5 FPS player who needs to compete with KB&M guys are 1) mouse click triggers + L1/R1 2) increased (maybe extreme) tension sticks 3) concave XSX sticks. I got the programmable rear buttons, but they're that important honestly as far as giving an advantage.
You're fighting an unwinnable fight my dude. No matter how much you customize it, a controller will never be competitive with kbm when it comes to fps games.
@@KeWidundret Or maybe you have the wrong the controller or it's connected to the wrong PC. I'm using my battle beaver and it's super responsive. Also, for competitive FPS games, I have increased resistance on my sticks and mouse click buttons, triggers, etc. giving me mouse-like precision. Puts me on equal footing with aim and I have a competitive advantage by doing specific movements in 1v1 situations that are difficult to address by a competitor on M&KB. You're right the vast majority of the time though....took my a long time to get this good with it and know what to do that the other will struggle to address.
@@troymuni6120 Thing is, if it was competitively viable in pc fps, you would see pros using it, but they don't. Matter of fact not a single pro in any fps game ever got there with a controller vs kbm players. I get that it works for you and the level you play at, but you are either ignorant or lying to yourself if you honestly believe what you just wrote.

@@HS-ts5wf Okey, actually mb, A quick google search tells me that Apex is apparently A game with so much aim-assist that it has made controllers viable. That's actually insane, wtf? Anyways, Look at a games such as CS or pubg or any other game without aim-assist and there isnt a single Pro using controller.
I got the interchangeable analogs, does it come with low, medium and high or do I have to order them separate

I got very lucky to get a battle beaver boost this morning so I should be relieving mine in a couple of days. I'm glad I was lucky because I want a new and better control for destiny 2 witch queen

What a great review man! Seriously. Best content I've seen and that's saying something. There's a lot of reviewers but this review is on point. For instance, no one else has mentioned (that I've seen) the thumbstick tension applies to the depressing of the thumbstick as well. My biggest gripe about my Aim controller is there's no way to adjust the thumbstick button press tension.

will the increased thumb stick tension stop you from doing a accidental melee on apex legends
If melee is pushing down on thumbsticks then yes it will. It's harder to push down. 👍

Decent controllers but terrible company to deal with. I purchased my second controller from them and haven't received it yet, 17 weeks ago...
If it didn't take so long to get your order a lot more people would buy them. They're not terrible tho, their support was awesome to work with.

I wanna get a custom controller but I really don’t wanna spend so much on a controller if I’m gonna have stickdfift like the regular controllers :(
All controllers have that potential unfortunately. It's just the mechanism on how the sticks are made 🤷♂️
Do you have a ps5 controller? If so buy the extremerate paddles kit. It's only $40 on amazon and extremely says to install yourself. Just take your time and follow a TH-cam video.

I don't think so. They use OEM controllers tho.

@@yourethenemy2477 I got it 2 and a half months after order and then it had stick drift so I had to send it back to get it fixed and wait another 2 weeks
I was trying to decide what placement I want the buttons so I have not ordered one I need all buttons on one side
I ended up ordering a nagashock controller just because the buttons was in a different location and shipping wasn’t months away.. but for customization wasn’t as good as battlebeaver

PS5 hands down.
2 PS4 controllers lasted no more then 3 months. Both had horrible stick drifting. BB customer service blamed covid. f’ken clowns
Battlebeaver has been terrible for me every single one has terrible stick drift thats unfixable unless you replace the whole joystick. Such a bad warranty as well always breaks just outside of the warranty.
That’s not good and then they have 12-14 wait only to receive a broken controller?
