When I was a student at General Wingtae, he came to visit and we waited him for hours in the line to greet him. He came with ኢሰፓ uniform.

ጄነራል በሥራ ዓለም
በነበሩበትም ጊዜ የተረጋጉ ሠዉ ነበሩ ። ብዙ ታይታ
አይፈልጉም ። እሽቅድምድም ዉስጥ መግባት የማይፈልጉና ቁጥብ ስለነበሩ ለሃላፊነት ቀዳሚ ተመራጭ ነበሩ ። ም/ ጠ/ ሚኒስትር በነበሩ ጊዜም ድምፃቸዉ አይሠማም ። ግቢዉ ዉስጥ ያለን ሠዎች እንኳ አልፎ ፣ አልፎ ነዉ የምናያቸዉ ። ቢሮዋቸዉ በአረንጓዴ ዕቃዎች ብቻ ቢሞላ ይወዳሉ ። የጠቅላላ አገልግሎት ሃላፊዎች ይህን ፎላጎታቸዉን ለማሟላት ይቸገሩ እንደነበረ አስታዉሣለሁ ። በተረፈ risk taker ስላልነበሩ በምንም አቋም ገፍተዉ ወደ ፊት አይወጡም ። በዚህ ምክንያት የፖለቲካ ሠዉ ሊሆኑ አይችሉም ፣ አልቻሉምም ። የግል ጥቅም አሣዳጅም አልነበሩምና እርሣቸዉን ተጠግቶ የተጠቀመ ሠዉ ነበር ማለት አይቻልም ። የመጽሐፋቸዉ አቀራረብ በጣም ጥሩ ነዉ ። ጄነራል ተፈሪ በንቲን ከርሸና ስለማዳን ስለተደረገ ጥረት ኮለ/ ፍሥሐ ደስታም በመጽሐፋቸዉ ጠቅሠዋል ሁለቱ በተለያዬ ጎራ ጥረት አድርገዉ ከሆነ ዕውነቱ መጥራት አለበት ። በቡድን ከሆነ ፣ ስላልተጠቃቀሱ ሁለቱም በሕይወት እያሉ ተነጋግረዉ ዕዉነታዉን ቢያጠሩት ፤ የማወቅ መብት አለን ። ለኢሣትና ለዕውቋ ባለሙያ
ምሥጋናዬ ይድረሣቸዉ ።
ለሱ እዚህ መድረስ መሰረት የሆኑ ንጉስን '...ሰውዬ ' ማለቱ : የደርግን ግፍ እና ግድያ አቅልሎ በየትም ሀገር ይፈፅም ነበር ኢህእዴግም ገድልዋል ማለቱ ይገርማል::ደርግ ደርግ ነው ታጥቦ አይጠራም
Very well presented, informative and educational interview. I just learned that Gen. Addis Tedla was a fighter pilot, well educated and well spoken person. I admire the fact that he doesn't blame others to save himself. I like what he said about Mengistu Hailemariam's good qualities as a person while other tried to vilify him and blame him for everything to look innocent like Col. Berhanu Baye. This is just my personal opinions...
