- You shouldn’t sleep on this fortified pap, it’s great for kids and adults. A great alternative to the dry Tom Brown. I used
1 paint corn
3 cups millet
3 cups oats
3 cups wheat
3 cups rice
5 cups tigernut
5 cups dates
3 cups soybeans
4 cups Guinea corn
@buchymix blender blended everything smoothly without stress.
Note that the soybeans was cooked before soaking.
