blueraineee I don’t remember which episode but also in this show, His mom mentioned that she used to caught heechul’s cigarette. And his mom did not scold him but let him do what he want because she knew even she said anything heechul won’t listen. And after that incident he quit smoking by himself,because he said that the eyes of his mother at that time are full of disappointed. So he quit for along time ago and even advise people not to smoke. He aware of himself and I don’t think it’s a scandal because in such a cold country smoking can warm the body. I saw a lot of chinese people smoking. But maybe because of idol image that might influence young fans.
Heechul himself said that he is really stubborn and more sensitive back then, he has changed and become a better person now :)
I can imagine what Heechul's feeling at that moment.
You see your teacher when you're still a student, still look the same but there are lines in her face, her posture changed, her voice got a bit deeper but still, the warm in her eyes remains. The way she look at you, full of affection and understanding that years of being together build.
Its the nostalgia, happiness..and perhaps, disappointment that they're not the way they look when you last saw them.
Then memories of your shenanigans poured in, all the silly things you've done together with your friends, the headache you gave to them and all. The laugh you all shared. Those were the days.

This is one of the best videos of heechul. To see him this humble and emotional in front of his teachers and cry looking like an angel is so amazing.
I feel like crying too.. there are just those teachers you will forever be grateful for even if you were not being a proper student and yet they still treated you as a human being. Great teachers never gets old in our eyes and they are probably the only people that can easily make you feel like a kid.
No matter how old you are, your teacher always look at you as a kid that they tought years ago, always remember where you come from.
I think all Idols should make variety show that their visiting their own schools to respect their beloved teacher.
