I have stored pulp like this only with sugar a month back. Today in the morning, I removed it to make Aamras. But the tiffin which had mango was kept in a vessel of water to defrost at a faster rate. After sometime, the pieces started to lose water, I removed the upper layer of sugar and kept it again back in freezer. Can you please tell is that now edible? Kya voh jo pani nikla hai kya use kha sakte hai? Ya voh mango pulp kharab ho gaya hai?
I put one layer of sugar at the bottom then mango pieces and another layer of sugar at the top.
Please tell me what I can do to save it. It did not turn black.
Hi.....mene video me kaha he ki bar bar aap defrost and frozen process karenge to mangoes and pulp kharab ho jayega.....to aap jab bhi pura use karna ho tab hi defrost kariye....aap sugar ko ek bar thoda pure mango pulp me mix karke rakhe jese mene video me dikhaya he....agar abhi pulp black nai hua he to acha he but next time aap pura use karte time hi defrost kijiye...aur ho sake to small boxes or ziploc bag me bhare taki thoda use karna ho to baki sab ko defrost na karna pade.... thank you for watching my video.....stay connected....watch other videos also....

Niceidea ....but is it safe to store that in plastic bag?
I used honey, one tsp per mango and also used glass jar instead of plastic zip bags. Honey also happens to be a natural preservative apart from being a natural sugar.
The results were wonderful !

Hi....if current goes for 2 to 3 hours no problem keep it in freezer only don't take it out once power back it will bi f9...if you take out for long time from freezer then it will not stay good for long time.. so let it be in freezer even current is not there.....stay connected watch other videos also....

Would it help if we dip the zip lock bag in hot or warm water to remove maximum air from the bag and then seal the bag. Just curious. Would it turn black if we do this?

Why my preserved mango pulp taste bitter?
If you add sugar in perfect proportion and not taking out again and again from freezer it will not happen....so just check with sugar proportion....thank you stay connected.....watch other videos also
