Baekhyun's 4th solo album and title track -- which came out in 2021 -- is called "Bambi" for multiple reasons. One reason is because one of Baekhyun's nicknames he has been given by some of his fans is Bambi. Fans say he looks cute like a doe-eyed deer. This album is meant to be a gift for fans because he was about to enlist in the military and he wanted to give us something to keep us company while he was away for 18 months serving his country.
However, the song is more about the fact that Bambi refers to "night rain" as you see he talks about in the lyrics -- it's a play on words in Korean -- Bam as in night and bi as in rain.
And in English, Bambi refers to a woman with long legs -- and that is where the name for the Disney character comes from -- which is also the nickname of the character/woman Baekhyun is talking about in the song. :D However, the song has very little, if anything, to do with the Disney movie -- the cute little deer with the same name, isn't really even connected to the song. (In western pop culture the name Bambi is given to female characters in novels and movies because it is used as a metaphor for her sexual appeal and appearance. That is why Disney chose that name for the deer in their story because it was a play on the fact that Bambi has long legs and big doe-eyes like a voluptuous woman. :D So Baekhyun is not talking about a deer in the song, but he is using it as a nickname for the woman he is singing about.)
Because Baekhyun's EXO superpower is the ability to control light, it is thought that what you see happening in the tunnel isn't supposed to be fireworks, but it's supposed to be the explosion of light bulbs, etc. because his passion -- as manifested through his epic high note -- makes him lose control of his powers, etc.
I think Tinkerbell in the lyrics is supposed to be a reference to the fact that she is a little fairy that is often represented by the twinkle of light, which is also a metaphor for how he sees the woman he is singing about. Like a fairy, the woman lights up his life. Which, if you want to connect it to EXO's storyline, also could be a reference to the heart of the Tree of Life, as well as EXO's fans, EXO-Ls. (EXO has a song called "Peter Pan," where it can be interpreted as the EXO members are Peter and their fans are TInkerbell.)
As part of EXO's overall storyline, the woman in EXO's songs is often thought to be a metaphor and physical representation of the heart of the Tree of Life. That is why the members are always trying to save the girl or protect her, or they talk about being controlled by the power of the woman or they are worried about their passion destroying her, etc. It's EXO's job to protect the Tree of Life from the Red Force. EXO was sent to Earth on a mission to find the two halves of the tree and reunite them in order to restore peace in the world. The two halves of the tree -- EXO-K (Korean) represents one half and EXO-M (Mandarin Chinese) represents the other half -- were originally separated in order to keep the Red Force from gaining control. However, now, in order to fix all the things that are going wrong in the world, EXO needs to defeat the Red Force and find where the two halves of the tree have been hidden.
Therefore, on that note, I think that the train theme is somehow connected to SuperM's/EXO's storyline, however, I am not sure how yet. All I know is that, we see SM Entertainment's male supergroup SuperM -- which Baekhyun and EXO's Kai are a part of -- in a subway train in their "100" MV, we see SM girl group aespa also in a subway train in their debut "Black Mamba" MV and we see SM legendary boy group SHINee in an old train station in their "Don't Call Me" MV. We even see EXO's Kai on train tracks in his "Film: Kai" solo debut teaser video during his "Amnesia" section of the video and people on a subway train platform as it transitions to his song "Mmmh." And before that, we saw Key from SHINee in a subway train in his solo debut song "One of Those Nights." And if we go back even further, we see EXO on train tracks in their "Love Me Right" MV and EXO-CBX -- which Baekhyun is also a member of -- on train tracks in their "Horololo" MV, etc.
And because Baekhyun is the leader of SuperM and a member of EXO, that usually means it's connected to SM Entertainment's SM Culture Universe.

Fun fact: UN Village (pronounced like U.N. Village -- like United Nations -- UN. Not unvillage.) is a real place in Korea. It's a ritzy, trendy neighborhood in Korea where some of the top celebrities and idols live. For example, some of the members of BigBang and SHINee have, or used to have, apartments/condos in UN Village. (I think even Baekhyun now lives in the UN Village area.) The area is known for its cool architecture and landscapes, and I think some of this MV was either shot in UN Village or, at the very least, the sets were meant to emulate the look of UN Village. So Baekhyun has said that the song is supposed to make listens feel like they want to take their date to UN Village and wander through the streets and buildings while whispering words of love in their ear, etc.
"UN Village" and this album City Lights is Baekhyun's solo debut. He kind of surprised all of us with this one. Before the song was released, we all were trying to guess what kind of style and sound his first album was going to have. And, although this style totally makes sense for him, I don't think many were anticipating it would be quite this soulful. However, since then, all of Baekhyun's albums have been heavily R&B based.
Also, as you may remember, Baekhyun's superpower is the ability to control light. So, although "UN Village" is a love song and he is singing to and about a girl and about her light, the lyrics are also referencing the fact that his superpower is the ability to control light. The lyrics have a double meaning -- it's about love, but it's also about how he can literally turn off the street lights with his powers. That is why this MV has so many references to spotlights and shadows and light and dark and why you see the shadow of lamps with bare light bulbs, and why it's in black and white, etc. Hence, one reason why the album is called City Lights, which obviously also references his power. LOL
As with almost everything EXO does, the red light is thought to represent the Red Force and blue represents EXO. So the scenes that are red could be instances where the Red Force is in control and the scenes in blue are when Baekhyun has the upper hand.
Also take note of the giant map he is looking at hanging on the wall in this MV. When you eventually get to watch EXO-CBX's MV for their song "Horololo," you will see what many think is that same map hanging on the wall in the office Chen, Baekhyun and Xiumin are in in their "Horololo" MV.
The scene with Baekhyun laying on the table still hasn't been explained, but it is thought that it will eventually become important to connect something to do with EXO's storyline in the future.
As you know, everything EXO does is connected to the group's concept and storyline. This song and MV is an example of how even EXO's solo projects are part of the story. Even as soloists, they can't escape the fact that they are members of EXO.
So, "UN Village" and City Lights is supposed to have an evening theme and his follow up song "Candy" and Delight repackaged album, is supposed to be daytime/daylight. It all is meant to play off of each other. :D The two albums are as different as night and day.

The live stage of UN VILLAGE and BAMBI are insanely sexy! Saw it for myself during BAEKHYUN's solo con LONSDALEITE in my location which I was among those fortunate enough to see live. He sold all stops of that solo con, by the way. So that gives you an idea how much he is loved!
Fun Fact: BAEKHYUN is already a great vocalist yet still goes to regular vocal lessons to this day.
City Lights (the album UN Village is from) is still my favorite Baekhyun album to this day, close second for Bambi.

He released this album right before he went to the military and it didn’t get the recognition it deserved. He never performed it live till just recently this march because he held his first ever solo concert. He did extremely well and I was so happy to see the videos of his live performance of Bambi FINALLY!!🥰 and I enjoyed your reaction😊

Three of them, their profound singing techniques personally what makes me love them.
The genre they chose for their solo debut really the embodiment of their character as a person, which different from their style in the group.
I love how they do not stay in their comfort zone but still exploring what they can do with their vocals despite expected genre suited their vocal tone. Chen, his vocal range and tone expected to release rock genre but he chose to tame up his vocals finding softer tone in ballads. He refused to stay in the comfort zone for me. I love his retro ballads so far. His Last Scene album is mmy favorite.
Baekhyun as expected suits the RnB genres but his approach towards it shows how he challenges himself in every album. He is really setting the niche higher. Some people say he is showing off but for me, he is doing his job, investing his time in exploring and improving his singing skills through the albums while developing his style. Cry for love!
D.O. chose minimalistic music with mostly acoustic instead of RnB as what peopel expected from him, again I love it. He might be appeared as the most unambitious in his solos but, honestly..do tlisten to any covers of the songs.. only then you realize how good his singing techniques is. Its as complicated as the other two but he made it look like nothing. As a fan, i can feel the improvement in his singing. Can't wait for the new album soon!

Bambi was my favorite song and album of 2021. Truly flawless. I know you have so much filming to do, but I really think the b-side All I Got would blow you away haha no one else could do that song the way he did.
