1) Can a personal injury claim be made against a defendant who has been proven to have lied in emails, caused emotional stress and damage and on official court documents has not been truthful?
2) Can a personal injury claim be made against the defendants solicitor who has also lied in emails, caused emotional stress and damage and filed untruthful statements on official court documents?

You can claim anything you like. Proving it and winning a case is a different matter

What happened if defendant do not reply PIAB and then dont show up in 2 court dates and court give them again 3rd date to show up

if it was 2 years and 7 months since accident can you still claim personal injury even if you had got paid for the car damage and the other person had admitted liability is it too late??

There is nothing to stop you commencing proceedings but the respondent will plead that you are statute barred.
