Join me on an action-packed kayak fishing adventure at Sabine Pass as I go after the mighty Redfish! The fishing was tough during February, but I share some winter fishing tips for catching fish during the colder months. Despite a rough start, we finally land some Redfish and turn them into a delicious catch and cook meal!
In this video, I’m joined by my 3 amazing kids as we prepare the freshly caught redfish. We use hush puppy batter mix to fry up the fillets and season them with Stalecracker's Cajun 2-Step seasoning -and let me tell you, it’s absolutely delicious! While I’m seasoning the fish, I can’t help but do my best Stalecracker impression, and things quickly escalate into a hilarious bit where I get stuck in character for an epic segment that’ll have you laughing out loud!

i will say that is one of the lowest water levels i have seen in texas bayou
