I thought it was so beautiful that I used that idea when my ministry decorated the church's 12 foot tree, it turned out so well, and all of the congregation loved it! When my mom puts up her large glass ornaments, she uses two separate twist ties through the ornament loop and twists those suckers onto the tree branches, and then bends the branches around more. They are impossible to get off every year after Christmas, but they sure stay on!!
