Daycare is so awful. Most places themselves are probably fine, but it really rips you apart from the inside out because it permanently alters your attachment process to other human beings. There was a moment in daycare where one of my parents were really late and I just had this moment of totally giving up and accepting I'd been abandoned. Which was ridiculous, they were just late, but you don't process time and emotions as a child the way you do as an adult. Never saw my trust in people and my attachment to my parents the same again after that.
Stefan "One dollar?" Molymeme raised the very good point that to a baby, whether you are dropping it off at daycare, or totally abandoning it, the baby can't tell the difference, and the trauma will be exactly the same. I agree with this completely. You can see how freaked out a dog gets when you leave it somewhere, imagine an 18 month old baby. It has to be terrifying, and the fact it happens everyday I don't believe softens the blow. If anything, it makes it much, much worse, as the baby has to go through that trauma every 24 hours.
The sad part is that both parents feel the need to work and use daycare. The care of parents and especially the Mom is irreplaceable. I just had my first kid, I would rather live simply and live off my income so my wife can watch our son.
That’s good. Sometimes I ask myself what am I working for? Just to live and pay bills? Or save and invest and work towards something that I really need my life.

A lot if people are broke with no family. The rate that boomers have messed up the family unit (max having 2 kids, or how many single moms there were even in that era, or how scattered people's families are all over the world due to boomers moving for money.) is more than people think

@chrisparsons1766 OK but listen to what he actually said. How TF did Velasquez not notice all this time? Why is his son even in daycare? He's a retired multimillionaire who could just raise his son himself.
@@AryanManIam This, I got 3 kids and nothing Sam said was wrong or dumb. I dig his revenge plan, gave me some idears. For one, even though I've thought about daycare, my wife is a stay at home mom so daycare would be stupid. I thought about it to relieve stress but she before I hit the hard no, I seriously considered it and realized I was fucking retarded. You midwits need to listen, he's saying (rightfully) if you fuck up that bad as a parent the "plan" is probably the only way you can not only retain dignity but truly make up for your failings. The way he did it was low IQ. Also if you're actually smart and perceptive to begin with this would never have even happened. Dude is rich wtf is he using daycare for? To hunt on Tinder?
I was very apprehensive to put my kid in daycare but it wad a great decision. My kid gets way more enrichment and social interaction than me or my wife could offer at home. He does crafts and plays outside every day. They have a full-time chef that makes a variety of balanced lunches and snacks for the kids. 90% of the teachers are white, 100% are female, and 0% are obvious LGBT weirdos so maybe I just got lucky. In Canada it's subsidized by the government so I pay less than $500/month. It's a no-brainer. I had a stay-at-home mom until kindergarten and I turned about basically autistic and socially r*traded. Unless you're parent of the year and giving it 100% every day, the vast majority can't do better at home themselves. Public school is a whole different story and I'm very worried...
Why though? So you and your wife can show your kid you have better things to do? Why doesn’t your wife just work at this unreal daycare? These are materialist rationalizations. Arts and crafts? Lol. Stop being scared to be poor. Kid’s need to feel like their creation and purpose was the most important thing their parents did. Having other ppl raise them is the opposite of that. Your kids only have one childhood and your handing it away. I guess you got lucky demographically. But idk how that makes this situation worth the risk for anyone else. Just roll the dice on your child! Nuts.
Yeah I’m inclined to agree with this, the homeschooling angle is just causing more problems than it solves for a kid, you get a completely shameless autistic entitled child if you do that. Yeah something bad might happen if you send them to daycare and school, but something worse happens if you don’t, ESPECIALLY if it’s a boy, boys need to get hurt and learn how the world is through physical contact with their environment, otherwise they never truly become men
@user-wp5no6cn2b We were strongly considering a private / Montessori school. But now that we're having 2 kids that isn't going to be affordable. I guess all you can do is spend time with your kids at night and counteract all the stuff they hear and see during the day.
Lol I work at a daycare. My boss is great. I do it because my kids can go For barely any charge and the director is a friend. It’s nice and they have cameras everywhere which makes the teachers and parents happy because more often the not the kids Are terrible and if they make any shit up you have definite proof they are lying. And if there is a bad teacher we can catch it. We just had a kid make up stuff with a teacher here, making up stories to his Mom that she was hurting him but the truth is he was telling another kid he was going stab them and would Often say he was going to kill himself and the teacher never laid a hand on him. Any time you have to discipline these kids (which you have to take all These classes and stuff to learn how to deal With all Types of behaviors) and you Have to tell the parent it’s always someone else’s fault besides the parenting or the child being awful.
Hes being facetious but what i imagine hes saying is if you were in a daycare and saw sam hyde (6'5 250+ lbs) and Nick ( 6 ft middle aged) any normal parent would instantly hesitate to put their kid in that daycare
Men have no business being around young children that aren’t theirs. Except maybe coaching sports, but only if their son is on the team too. Is whatever you find “weird” about this worth risking this situation? Your objection is way creepier.
It's almost unrealistic to not have day care in this day age due to the cost of everything. Not everyone is going to have a good enough job to raise a family like it was the 80s or early 90s. But fuck sending your parents to a home. Monstrous idea.
it's a more modern conversation, daycare affordability twenty years ago wasn't the $18k to $30k per child the 2023 US avg was. The ratios for everything are off. Childcare used to not eat up 25%-40% but here we are. Wonder who to blame. Guess me for not "working more hours" or something.
Forget the cost of modern daycares, most of their employment now doesn’t include married housewives/ retired elderly ladies who are working there as a part-time.
literally just don't have kids. If you do have them you need to dedicate all your time to them. Since both parents have to work, no one can afford to have kids without pawning them off onto someone else in daycare or public school. The game is rigged and the only way to not lose is to not play. Sorry bud
Somehow blacks on foodstamps are having 5 kids each but 2 college educated white people can't manage to have a kid or two? This defeatist attitude is why we'll go extinct. You owe it to your ancestors to have kids. You come from an unbroken line of breeders for hundreds of generations.
@@jacoblloyd-o8d affording children in 2024 is an unrealistic proposition for 90% of people unless you were born rich or black. its not the food or the material stuff, it is the dedication. any job that can realistically raise multiple kids requires huge amounts of time and effort taken out of your life, you will likely spend 2/3 of your waking life slaving for some corporation for a few percent of a percent of the ceo's income, and that simply isn't a life worth living. The game is 10000% rigged, its very blatantly and openly rigged, we exist to generate labor and to be exploited by the elites who literally own us and can kill us all with impunity whenever they want. They just reskinned slavery and made the chains flashier and gave the slaves loads of distractions.
This is why Sam is better than 99% of people on the internet when it comes to this basic logic. The majority of people with a voice automatically would blame a day care and not the absent father. It's so simple but the world is retarded.
True but also daycares are evil and anyone trusting their kids with strangers. The ignoramus of the Father wouldn't matter if the kid was raised at home with mom.
I had an ex girlfriend (17 at the time) who’s stoner mom would come back from running her daycare that she herself owned to smoke weed on this one couch for hours on end, fall asleep on it, wake up, and repeat the next day. She was a lousy drunk belligerent loser who didn’t pull her weight and beaked off at her for not doing chores on her behalf, and my ex ended up calling social services on her after she got violent. When my ex went back to the house after being kicked out to get her stuff she found a bunch of empty bottles on the floor. Do yourself a favour. How many times are we going to see different cuts of this same video uploaded? Y'all are really falling off recycling this content so much.
They have daycares with live camera feeds to your phone now.
One of the best rants I have ever heard.
Fuckin’ missed Nick this week, tell you what.
Million Dollar day care and nursing home campus opening when?
My favorite PGL moment 😂😂😂
NUH! i dont wanna!
Thanks for the ideas Sam!
The full stream was up on TH-cam at one point, anyone got a link?
Cool take
There is a reason why people let family take care of the kids. I think if anyone is even considering daycare, did you even think of researching the people who work there? Or the owner? I doubt it. Def not trusting no lgbtq around no dang kids.
Unfortunately everyone is broke so this is harder to do nowadays.
@@AryanManIam Very true.
@@AryanManIamdoes a lack of cash make your IQ drop 50 points?
A lot if people are broke with no family. The rate that boomers have messed up the family unit (max having 2 kids, or how many single moms there were even in that era, or how scattered people's families are all over the world due to boomers moving for money.) is more than people think
my little brother broke his collar bone when he was an infant at some trailer park daycare and the lady tried covering it up. daycare is something you shouldn't be cheap about.
Similar incident to me, but I didn't break a bone, but had a gash on my forhead that needed a few stitches and the daycare people neglected to tell my parents and just stuckna bandaid on my forehead when they picked me up lmao
My family members were so obese that we couldnt lift them to clean up after they would go to the bathroom on themselves, so my parents put them in a nursing home
This cain thing made me laugh so hard
100% agree
I'm fine being the lowly sahm as long as i dont have to deal with daycare BS.

sorry Samy but the only based and therefore correct take is that these workers should be in some other type of video on a different site

Man. I do expect my kid to be harmed in this day and age. Extremely cautious with who i let into my childs life. Have to be on toes and not assume shit is safe. Id rather overreact and be wrong than under react and have my life turned upside down. Im from SJ where this happened its sad af but dude is also a Jcat for going with his pops to a school and trying to shoot the guy. Ended up shooting his own family member if im not mistaken. Near a school. Man should have thought it thru and followed his ass away from a school. Many opinions. Hope the child recovers in all aspects 🙏
Okay I commented mid video he explains it much better lol
I don't trust even my inlaws or best friends to babysit my kid until he's old enough to tell us if he's been mol*sted or abused. It's usually family or friends.
He really can’t be on cam without belching like a twitch streamer can he? I have never seen Nick do that.
Best pgl moment, not to mention DA greatest fatch eva
The sounds that poor old bastard makes when they are getting attacked make me sick to my stomach
"Brazilian"
Takes a village to raise a child. Or it used to. Just don’t raise your kid in the city and they’ll be fine.
This is sickening

childless guy whos most stressfull experience eas getting his show cancelled "wow i cant believe this guy acted irrationally in this situation"
I love how you guys are so low IQ you don't understand that it's a critique of his insane negligence before the incident mostly and the other part is just a joke
Sam has said before that he’d meticulously plan a murder if a person hurt someone he cares about. I think the point here is that Cain is a retard.
Lmfao exactly. Sam criticizes the guy for “not caring about his kid” but then simultaneously gets mad at him when he shows a highly emotional reaction because he cares about his kid. Sam is a legend in his own mind truly

Is there any content on the web better than elder abuse
Bro, I just met cain a few days ago by my house.
Sam is just giving advice on things he literally has no idea about... again.
Yeah something bad might happen if you send them to daycare and school, but something worse happens if you don’t, ESPECIALLY if it’s a boy, boys need to get hurt and learn how the world is through physical contact with their environment, otherwise they never truly become men
You're right, public school is a whole different story. Shit's so fucked. I wish you luck in finding a solution
I do it because my kids can go
For barely any charge and the director is a friend. Any time you have to discipline these kids (which you have to take all These classes and stuff to learn how to deal
With all Types of behaviors) and you
Have to tell the parent it’s always someone else’s fault besides the parenting or the child being awful.
0:30 this is such a weird comment. Sounds like he wouldn't thrust himself around young children
Hes being facetious but what i imagine hes saying is if you were in a daycare and saw sam hyde (6'5 250+ lbs) and Nick ( 6 ft middle aged) any normal parent would instantly hesitate to put their kid in that daycare
You’d trust your child with Sam Hyde?
Men have no business being around young children that aren’t theirs. Except maybe coaching sports, but only if their son is on the team too. Is whatever you find “weird” about this worth risking this situation? Your objection is way creepier.
@@user-yp7hq5yp1x Absolutely not, he has a history of not being preoccupied with age
You slow or something? He's saying you wouldn't choose to put your kid in day care with men in it.
this aint it
"If you put your kid in a daycare, it means you don't care about them anymore" - Sam Hyde, the guy that doesn't and will never have a kid
Nick has a child tho, Sam basically tha godfather 💯
How is he wrong?
Mommy put you in daycare didn’t she little guy?
Sam does have atleast one kid and a wife. He just doesn't want weirdos like you to know
Y'all so dumb, Sam has a kid he just doesn't need his very cool and intelligent fans to know
the boy sounds hot
The daycare take is kinda r-t'rded tbh, both my parents worked and it bridged the gap when school or themselves couldnt be there
It's almost unrealistic to not have day care in this day age due to the cost of everything.
And now look at you
None of you are multimillionaire retired UFC Champions tho... There was absolutely zero reason for that kid to be in daycare.
literally just don't have kids. If you do have them you need to dedicate all your time to them. Since both parents have to work, no one can afford to have kids without pawning them off onto someone else in daycare or public school. The game is rigged and the only way to not lose is to not play. Sorry bud
This is actually not true in reality btw
Somehow blacks on foodstamps are having 5 kids each but 2 college educated white people can't manage to have a kid or two? This defeatist attitude is why we'll go extinct. You owe it to your ancestors to have kids. You come from an unbroken line of breeders for hundreds of generations.
Not having kids is a jewish thing
You are literally R'd. I'm glad you won't have kids
Spring for a nice group of Filipino ladies when you can afford it, otherwise look after your kid yourself.
