hi, i have a Hitachi 50hk6100u, it's only been used with HDMI, never as a TV. From jesterday morning at the moment of power on the screen become completly white. I can't interact with menu or anything else... Did you know what can be the problem? Is easy to fix? How can i check the capacitor???
@Alberto Veglio thank you for this question and thank you for watching...if your TV problem is a white screen may be your tcon board is defective or your top board or tcon board 12v supply is missing...may be the top board or tcon board has a shorted capacitor or has a corroded flex wire connected from mainboard to tcon normally only led tv technician can understand this msg if you're a technician step by step check the 12v tcon supply if missing check the tcon fuse continuity it might be open...you can also test the brown surface mounted capacitors one by one if there are shorted capacitors.
Dapat may 17 to 25v Ka ,check muna mga chip capacitor baka may shorted Kung walang shorted ,try mo mag inject ng 24v may mabili Naman na maliliit na DC DC power supply pang inject talaga ng supply sa tcon.
