Guimaras island is just a few minutes boat ride from Iloilo City where you can have the world's best mangoes and explore the white beaches & coves of the island by bike and another best place to go here in the region is Province of Antique where the cleanest rivers are and could have Rafting & the unique KAWA Bath along the river. Isla Gigantes of Northern Iloilo is another world class destination you can check.
Another big and festive events you should feature would be Panagbenga Festival, sometimes known as the “Blooming Flowers Festival” in Bagiuo City this 1st week of March and Masskara Festival (Smiling Mask Festival) in Bacolod City during last week of October. Also check out Ati-Atihan Festival in Kalibo Aklan..same province with Boracay (The oldest festival in the country) every 2nd week of January.
Philippines let us not forget our ancestors and history. In US and Canada native dance are supressed cause westerners thought this is a preparation for war against them the colonials. Battle of wounded knee.
Dinagyang was amazing! But sadly we didn't get to see Tribu Ilonganon's performance. We were taken to the wrong judging area in the morning. We got to watch one performance, and then had to move stages. While we were in transit, we missed Tribu Ilonganon, so sad.

Amazing video coverage of Dinagyang. I hope you cover the other festivals in the Philippines, - Sinulog is wonderful, but I want to see more of the other lesser known ones. There are well over a dozen festivals in the Philippines throughout the year.
Dinagyang showcase different concept music and style every year. So don't compare dinagyang to sinulog since that I always see almost the same performances every year ever since I was born. So bored.

Also kng cno pinmbabato nila s aliwan.. cguro one of the reason kng bat hnd ngchampion tu ay dhil s costumes also prang nkulangan ako s props as compared sa previous nilang ponakita.. kc s dance..given na ang gling nila sobra..
@@jcsalazar4682 choreography ang labanan ngaun props will be lessen. And the costume, this is the classic color and style ng costume sa dinagyang, incorporated with modern design. This is atiati competition na kinalakihan namin. Not totally na ganun peru of all the contestant they are the closest. Opinion ko lg naman to. And i think if you base your judgement sa aliwan settings kukulangin cguro sila sa kulay ng costume at bonggang props. Aliwan kasi is more on pa kolorete e. Dito kasi they are more on story telling. Ito yung kulang sa kanila parang di nila na project ng mabuti. Kung baga blurred pa yung palabas sa tv.

These tribes need to perform per station with judges. Very exhausting and they train this for half to a year. A massive preparation.
