Buddha wisely said, "You, yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection." Embracing solitude allows us to reconnect with our true selves and live more fully. Thank you for sharing this enlightening message!
Well said! Thank you for sharing 💐❤️

'The quieter you become, the more you can hear.'
I enjoy to be alone, since I was young!
Now I enjoy living alone, and to be free!❤
So very few ever hear The symphony of silence, stillness and self-awareness. An unexamined life is not worth living said Socrates.
I live alone and i amhappy i talk to god lisen to music speak to firend i love to be alone
I've been alone, since the mid 80ies. Love it.
Living alone is inner engineering. Find peace and the Now, do the things that fulfill you. Make things happen for you and others. I can freely talk to strangers and they talk to me. We dont any thing that connects us but the livint NOW and interacting is good for your inner self.
Living alone for myself has truly been necessary. My home is my sanctuary and the place where I tend my garden. I love my garden, my easel, and my dog.
I cook for myself and my space is my own.
My life is similar & I'm happy!

Let's garden ♥
I lived with dealing with others' blatant ignorance and absent integrity for 20 years. Attempting to navigate through insoluble idiocy thrust upon my every action. It's been a challenge, but I am so much more at peace having been alone for 11 years now. I am not lonely. I am more able and healthy than I've ever been in my 57 years. I have grown and have re-established my own integrity and sanity. Meditation, exercise, learning new languages, writing, music, interacting with strangers in public, my work as a carpenter and answering to no one but God, which I have found, cannot be avoided, has increased my confidence and my desire to take my own time in achieving my own high road if you will. I improve myself, and I expect that all else will follow as I do have a deep desire to turn this world around from the desecration that seems to have overtaken the weak-minded who refuse to recognize it and strive to be rewarded for their own shortcomings. Thank you for this. I've grown to love almost every stranger I meet and talk to everyone even if I don't know them. It allows me to maintain my faith in my fellow man. Wonderful!!

I just love living now. It’s not a chore. It’s an adventure.
Hello 👋
I resonate with your words here.
That's how WE DO IT, BRO.
I've been 25 years living with myself...and YESSSIR, I'M HEALTY...MORE THAN EVER 👊😊. ....... ☯️.
( MY CHILDREN ARE MY HAPPINESS 🌞. I'M 79 YEARS YOUNG 🧘♂️🧘👨👩👧👧🫂. )

I learned to live alone to mind my own wants and likes. I created a lots of things. Discovered to fixs things and arrange things beautiful. I write my own needs specially benefits of my body to be healthy and do exercises to be happy and contented.
Loneliness is actually a necessity for sanity and it’s absolutely nothing to be scared of. At least 3/4th of ur day should be spent in loneliness for true happiness.
I'm a Sociologist/Behavioralist and these Subject suggestions and instructions are most worthy, they have effective therapeutic and achievement benefits.
🔺Establish a habit of being Conscious in the Now. This can't be overstated for it's benefits, particularly when experiencing grief/grieving.
(The Past can cause feelings if loss and missing, the Future can cause fear of uncertainty. We know we are ok, safe and secure in the present, the Now.
This practice builds a Healthy State of Being.
🫂.Yeah, " NOW " IS ALL WE HAVE.....😊 ....AND ENOUGH 4 ME.
Powerful and Potent
Earlier in my life, I thought being married was vital to my self acceptance and peace. I thought being a single woman alone would make me an object of shame and pity to myself and others. Now at 76, thankfully, those concerns are like a burst bubble. I look kindly at my younger self for mistakingly coming upon those beliefs. I still hold some regrets for my marriages - inner work and healing still to come. My love of living alone and solitude both surprised and continues to delight me. I am grateful for it and cherish it. Caring several days a week for my 3 year old granddaughter is a blessing, too. I love the spaciousness of our time together.
🥰 Yessss....I'm 79 and happy...just TO THINK OF MY CHILDREN, ESPECIALLY THE YOUNGEST ONES...
I'M SO BLESSED.....🙏🏼.
THANK THE GOD OF MY SOUL....ETERNALLY 🕊.
🫂🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉.
I seem to have been harnessing quite for about twenty five years and can text now while I drink coffee and smoke, because today, actually is completely available for me, i dunno, about calling it mine, i am its possession. So , having so much silence and solitude when silence, now , wants to speak and share the stories gained in silence, but only my voice in solitude tells no story for silence, and yet , the same journey continues out of the structure , break the silence and continue as the beat of a drum , as rhythm in cycle
❤❤❤

Bless your heart
The power is calm to itself
There are people in my life who have faith that I'll find a partner: But I know better. My arms couldn't open wide enough to embrace my fate.
Awesome
Would you rather live alone or have her petition the court to get you out?
WOW Fantastic ❤
Thank you you are great so true blessed you
I have to have solitude. Barely can stand other humans.
Me too🎉
I enjoy my many pets and love my 80s tunes blasting whenever I want😊🎉
I agree. I never was a social butterfly but I was far more outgoing and sociable in my youth. After leaving my marriage and cutting ties, ending any idea of romantic relationships I feel more peaceful. I wasn't built for society as it now is. Gardens, nature, pets, music, reading dabbling in art, I find peace. Noise, fighting, greed, users, superficial people can stay away. Vicki
Accepted all this challenge in the name of lord my god. Amen❤
I'm all this.now my challenge is my withdrawal from people..even family.unfit for family now😅😊.I do meet my colleagues n students but my personal life is so exclusive😂
Thank you for inspiring 😎🙏🏻
Some good points but they are constantly repeated making it a tedious listen .
Too many adds
I prefer blissful suffering in solitude...happiness and suffering are both life essences to experience and walk through. Grateful Joy!!!
I have lived alone even in the chaos of family life, during 38 years married and finally divorced . With the others around, I came to be alone in a crowd. Upon the divorce set my body free from all chaos of a difficult marriage, even as a student I was alone. Eventually all the members of my birth family passed away over several years. Leaving me totally alone. The peace through prayer to the Lord requesting His peace. Which He has given to me over time. I now prefer being alone . No more desires of relation s with a comparable person. Dying alone doesn’t bother me. I’m more whole in the quiet aloneness than in any other situation with others. Reaching out hasn’t always worked. So I never have to be a camillian, being able to remain as I happen to be. Often allows others to leave me in this state of a completeness, more ever than in the company of whomever. It’s absolutely a more inclusive way to live. Far better than being in a relationship where emotional weather explodes , reminding me to treasur the without others. Any thing said here are in agreement with the narrative. Be alone better.
Strength is a power of pain and suffering.
❤️💐
For myself, i think that I must be complete, and I once told someone, that yes i am, alone, and sometimes have what I consider to be lonely, but consider it totally normal because of the factor, alone, but should i really call it alone, if I have solitude to remind me of a reality that is having its desire fully which comes with multiple feelings which are not a single dwelling of a single thought that forever remains
And, also told them that a relationship was not a cure-all for loneliness, it can lead into a relationship with a dynamic of isolation when someone else is there, it is a codependency that way and not an independent action
😊😊😊😊
videos created by artificial intelligence narration/ image/ content sound smart, but have no real depth
effortlessly living alone is magnificent I've so much to discover in this myriad of possibilities
Thank you for the video!❤
Thanks for watching!❤️💐
NOT ORGANIZED ; going around & around.
As long as you do a bit - here and there - on your Circling around. . It is good . . What you did get rid of or put on a new spot , changes the energy 🎉
People are born pure and then beiing programmed robot slaves of the system thinking happyness starts with extern factors like status, money, material things that means nothing and its relativ and an illusion create by society.
If your happyness depend on extern factors you will never be because extern factors are endless.
Happyness starts inside you.
The more people around you, the more expectations, talk about others, lying, frustrations, negativity, jealousy, double standards, violent, own benefits, hate, judge, comparing etc..... reflection of their broken souls.
Alone or in solitude you have more strength, peace, power, happyness, freedom and time.
And no, not feeling superior or better then others but more be carefully and awake.
Be the light in your own life.

😢 I really Miss a Dog . . I am not used to be all alone 😢
😊 ❤ 😊
It has been very hard for me.
I learned alot.
But I am a Social Soul
Forced to seal my Home & Garden.
I am tired of it.
Zen is nice
I enjoy that alot
But I am getting old. . . I don't want to be antisocial anymore.
🙏
It sounds like you’re going through a challenging time, feeling isolated and missing the companionship that a dog provides. In Buddhism, acknowledging these feelings is a step toward understanding and transforming them.
Here are some Buddhist-inspired thoughts and suggestions to consider:
1. Impermanence**: Buddhism teaches that all experiences are impermanent. This phase of solitude and your feelings about it are also temporary and will change. This can be a comforting thought, knowing that the situation and your feelings are not fixed and will evolve.
2. Connection through Compassion**: While physical social interactions might be limited, you can cultivate connections through compassion and loving-kindness meditation (Metta). This practice involves sending well-wishes to yourself, loved ones, strangers, and even those you have difficulties with, helping to foster a sense of connection and reduce feelings of loneliness.
3. Community Engagement**: Consider ways to safely interact with others. This might involve online communities, particularly those related to interests you have like Zen Buddhism, or safely structured in-person activities that align with your interests and allow you to feel connected while still respecting your need for safety.
4. Mindfulness and Acceptance**: Practice being fully present with whatever activity or lack of activity there is. Mindfulness helps in appreciating the here and now, reducing feelings of missing out or loneliness.
5. Exploring New Companionships**: If having a dog again is not feasible, perhaps exploring other forms of companionship could be beneficial. This might mean different pets or even plants, which can also provide significant comfort and a sense of responsibility.
6. Volunteering**: If possible, volunteering can be a great way to meet people and fill your home with positive energy, even if it's just virtual volunteering or other socially-distanced options.
You're not alone in feeling this way, and it's okay to seek out new ways to enrich your social and emotional life as you embrace the wisdom that comes with age and experience.
Hvala na dodatnom osvješćenju nezavisnosti kroz lični rast i razvoj.
