Really enjoying this series. I think the only "down" side is that it reminds me how much I miss performing in any capacity. But maybe I should try a little harder to find some local people to play with. It doesn't have to be anything big, but playing in front of people again would really be something.
If you can you definitely should. It doesn’t matter how big or small the crowd is. It’s the fact that you are entertaining the ones that are there. I wish you all the best and hope you can for it one day. Cheers!
I saw two times Jared in Madrid, and man...the guy is a Rock star but humble and grounded as a person. Love this guy, his music and love what he said in this podcast! Thank you for this podcast Nick, very very interesting!
Just sayin Thank you for this podcast.. for me and my bandmates (I‘m in an amateur metal/bluesrock big band with 18 other people) it’s so inspiring to listen to this podcast!!
Excellent interview. I saw and met Jared supporting mr big in Wolverhampton a few months back. Didn’t know him, but as soon as I heard and watched play I became and instant fan. Really nice down to earth geezer as well!!!!
Loving this series, Nick! It’s so cool to hear what people of different ages and band roles answer these questions, a lot of different angles come out.
Right on! Thanks for the interview, Nick and Jared. You guys give great insights into the music world today and what it takes to be around as a successful player, producer, musician in general. Saw you two (Jared and his band as well as Nick with Mr Big) in Berlin this March - fantastic shows and a great prodcast interview now, too. Keep it up! ☺️👍🏻
