- After carefully reviewing and planning to renovate the old house, my wife and I decided to return to our hometown to start work. The house has been left unoccupied for many years, so there will definitely be a lot of weeds and trees growing around.

I need to “eat my words”! There is obviously more to do, but this video shows more of this family’s vision than any other I have seen. At first the size of this project is not shown but the multiple buildings and space keeps growing. It looks like a lovely area and remote from busy city life. You changed your mind a few times and reworked some areas but great job!

Oh my Goodness!! Yes it is difficult to get supplies up the mountain. But that also is what protects it. That is a beautiful property with all it's terraces and clean water. And what a bonus to have the home and farm equipment there. It will need a good amount of work but the home and location make it a treasure.

All of these videos end up garden makeovers, you never see the house finished and there never seems to be bathroom/ toilet, or anything resembling a kitchen. They always throw in a couple of puppies/kittens and sometimes a piglet ( don’t like to think what might happen to the piglet who quickly disappears!) 🤷♀️
