    I had gallbladder surgery 5 weeks ago. I was not sure if I could keep up with you, but I did for the most part. It gave me a good indoor work out. Thank you and God bless you!

    So happy I came across your workout. love it it is easy to follow and I can do it with earphones in, don't want to wake hubby up.

    🌞 Good morning. Thank you for your walking video! Just getting back into exercising and don't want to go overboard with starting. This was a great workout and can manage to do during my school bus runs. I start school bus driving class on Monday and want to be healthy for my personal/driving career.     Loved this! Super low impact so it was the perfect after being on mandatory rest for 4 weeks! My leg was sore a little bit but only sometimes. And that last song… 🙌🏽 So many testimonies come to mind listening to that song! Great song choices and good low impact workout, Tianda ☺️

    Thank you so much! I have been making better food choices and eating less, and it seems weight loss is slow. But it seems like the Lord showed me,... Not just in the morning for exercise, but after meals too! This seemed perfect! Plus, I love Mandissa,... So it was a victory, Praise, WIN! God bless you!!

      I did my exercises holding my 3mo old granddaughter. I had to put her down and let her watch me. I couldn't handle the 13lbs. She's heavy. Lol
