Magic is the greatest all around NBA player he can play any position he wants too on the floor. There will never another player like Magic Earving Johnson. If he didn't catch HIV he would have won more than 5 NBA championship.

why does no one shoot this shot now in nba? whenever im playing basketball and i dont have an angle going straight towards the hoop, i always tend to take a shot like this, but i do practice it.
1 1, I agree, but the real reason is because they see it as an old fashioned move, so their pride won’t allow them, like telling them to shoot a 2 handed free throw.

It's a legendary move that was invented by Kareem, one of greatest players of all time and arguably the best center of all time, that move is cool af imo and very clinical, not everyone can block that technique, only a 7'1 monster with a ridiculous vertical like Wilt can block that.
I said that based on it being the most unstoppable shot, and no one uses it. I remember a few times when Shaq put himself in position to use the move, and he looked like he didn’t want to lift his knee to use the shot and would drag his foot. Also, I remember seeing video of when Kareem was a special coach for the Lakers, and he was practically begging Shaq to use the move, and Shaq refused to do it, so that is how I came to that conclusion. If someone like Shaq used the move, I believe it would have inspired others to use it as well. Ironically for Shaq, notice that he now urges big men to play a big man game and play in the post, but big men ignore him and are shooting 3 pt shots, so what goes around comes around.

There really isn't any defense against that shot. There's a reason players today don't shoot it. It's probably the most difficult shot to execute.
