I’ve literally been having trouble sleeping at night….which is making it harder for me to fall into a routine of going to bed at reasonable time (11:00) and waking up at like 9:00. Lately I’ve been going to bed at like 3:00-4:00 in the morning, and not waking up until after 10 or 11. I am trying to get into the habit of going to bed and waking up early since I might be going back to college in June for a summer class, but I have to be there by 10, so I’m training myself to go to bed, and wake up early. I’m also trying to get myself used to driving in wide open areas, because the area where my college is, used to be an air field for planes, so I have to face my fear of that soon. I’m also just trying to figure out new ways to control my anxiety.
