NEW UPDATE! CAPITANO, MADAME PING AND PRISON GIRL WILL NOT BECOME PLAYABLE - Genshin Impact

First of all, Capitano, Madame Ping, or even the Prison Girl were not mentioned by HomDGCat. I do understand why Capitano is not being included in the Natlan patches, but Madame Ping’s and the Prison Girl’s IDs being missing came as a huge surprise. A lot of data miners have been saying Madame Ping will be released in Version 5.4. Honestly, Madame Ping's ID not being included was so unexpected, but yet, it makes a lot of sense. Let me explain. As you know, a lot of leakers have speculated that Madame Ping’s playable name will be Lanya. But something strange happened when MiHoYo announced a character whose name is Lan Yan, a 4-star character from Liyue who has nothing to do with Madame Ping. But do you notice anything? The names Lanya and Lan Yan are surprisingly similar. Lan Yan has been confirmed as a completely different character with no connection to Madame Ping. It’s possible that the data miners initially mistook Lan Yan for Madame Ping, given that both characters are from Liyue. As of now, we have no credible leaks suggesting Madame Ping will become playable. There is still nothing concrete suggesting she will join the roster just yet.
As for the Prison Girl, I honestly have no clue why she wasn’t mentioned by HomDGCat. I mean, there is a character whose name is "Unknown." We don’t know who this character is, but what we do know is the Prison Girl is not from Natlan. So, there is still a chance it could be her.
Now let's talk about capitano. Him not being included is not a surprise, as I said before. There is a high chance Capitano will not become a playable character during the Natlan patches. Don’t worry though, Capitano will become a playable character, just not in the Natlan patches. As you may already know, Capitano has in-game stickers, just like the other playable characters. We have seen a lot of Fatui Harbingers, and mostly, the ones that received stickers became playable characters. Starting with Childe, then Wanderer, and then Arlecchino. They all had stickers in the game. We also saw Signora and Dottore in-game, but have you seen their stickers? The answer is no. So, there is a high chance these two might not become playable characters, or maybe they won’t become playable characters anytime soon. As for Capitano, he has stickers, which indicates that he will become playable very soon, either in the Natlan patches or the Snezhnaya patches.
Currently, there is only one highly anticipated character in Natlan, and as you’ve guessed already, that character is Mavuika, the Pyro Archon. Isn’t that a bit weird? All the previous regions had multiple highly anticipated characters. For example, Fontaine had Furina, Neuvillette, and Arlecchino. Sumeru had Nahida, Wanderer, and Alhaitham. Inazuma had Raiden Shogun, Kazuha, and Ayaka. And as for Liyue, almost all the characters were highly anticipated.
But what’s with Natlan? Honestly, I don’t know either... Maybe MiHoYo is planning on releasing one more OP character during the Natlan patches? I mean, in the screenshot, there was a character whose name is marked as "Unknown." This could mean two things: either MiHoYo is keeping this character away from the leakers, or it’s just a character we haven’t met yet.
