God's Special Treasure

Never be ashamed of serving Christ and living a life of obedience (Mark 8:38). Let the Devil and his followers bear their shame for all eternity for rebelling against God (Revelation 20:10). It is no shame to stand with God and His word (Revelation 2:26). We are on the winning side. Despite the enemy's propaganda, God’s word is one of His greatest gifts to humanity and is both a blessing and an expression of His great love (Psalm 119:97-115).
But as we know, the carnal mind is at enmity with it, does not approve of it, and will ridicule, undermine, or twist it the same way Satan does (Romans 8:7, Romans 12:2). It’s the spirit that now works in the children of disobedience (Ephesians 2:2, Romans 7:9). The Devil quoted scripture to Jesus in an attempt to get Jesus to submit to him (Matthew 4:6). Don’t fall for it! The Devil is a liar (John 8:44).
God’s love and God’s word agree (Mark 12:30-31)! No matter how the enemy of our souls seeks to twist this fact, “From His right hand Came a fiery law for them. Yes, He loves the people”(Deuteronomy 33:2-3 NKJV). Our minds must change to come into agreement with God through repentance and the Spirit’s work of regeneration (Titus 3:5). Only then will we approve of God’s good and perfect will (Romans 12:2 ESV).
