Nothing Personal are anything Slap but just get out of the game, I've been racing racekarts for over 10 years now, and you've no clue what you're doing or talking about. You can just drive without making any setup adjustments... And These karts are not slow at all! the second one (F100 100cc) are fast as shit that's why they have so much RPM (20.000-24.000) but you're gearing tune was awfull, if you ever do this game again, please... Think aboout the damn gear ratios.
BTW base setups on KRP are crap, Karts are waaa to stiff as a result your rear wheel will come off the ground and you've got no grip at all when that happens.
Again no hate, you're my favorite YTer but this video was all you... and not the game..

GT 24 100% agreed with the comment pal and thanks for giving Me some extra info though like I said in the video my only issue was that the game was dry there was really nothing to do. No one to race against no bots and online was dead .
I feel the game is great and 100% a simulator but just couldn't be motivated to change the tune that came stock because I was just racing by myself

It's definitely a good game, but it's not worth 43$, imo.
Raphael Sais assetto corsa isn't better for Karting, this is the most realistic Karting sim on the market, fact
the game is from PiBoSo and him beeing a single dev he needs the 43$

U should set up ur wheel so full lock is around 90degrees which is the most realistic

I think slap drifts because its easier to learn to break traction, than it is to learn to keep a car or kart at the limit of traction. Its okay slap, we dont expect u to be a professional driver, keep entertaining us :)
Slap, if youre just looking for drifting, try the kz1. Thats a shifter kart and it can actually get some angle if you try.
I race Shifter karts IRL, its pretty realistic.
Its only good when you use VR, so without it isnt worth it...
I work at a professional indoor kart track. And I can say when the garage door gets left open and the track gets wet. Your either not turning or spinning into every corner

I've been driving karts for about 7 months so seeing this just made my morning, and from the preview video on the steam I'm pretty sure I saw an Energy kart judging by the steering wheel cover which is what me and my brother drive. And the reason they don't shift is that they're not shifter karts.
Anyway, keep up the good work, you're by far my favourite youtuber.

Looks legit! To get fast lap times u really have to just tap the brakes barely and keep the rpm higher by feathering coming out of corners
I remember, there was a demo of this game some years ago. like 1 track and 2 karts. Thought it was pretty nice back then.
You should use chest mount I personally think they do better any time behind the wheel

The first kart you were racing was a kart that you had to keep your momentum around turns and not just brake and turn *gotta know how to race* it's a kart sim

I use this to help me on my go kart skills to hopefully get me to be a F1 racer
if u miss gear shifting, take the kz. IRL it has 125cc motocrossbike engine, 45hp, 6 gears, 4-point brakes(usually karts only have single brake disc on back, and some do have paddle operated frontbrake, but kz has pedal operated front and back), 0-100km/h around 3sec. And that fs250 is 4-stroke so it's not that screamy like 2 strokes but it's torqueful.

Please try the KZ kart that is the fastest one
The kz1 is the fastest and have gears
Only go karts you can shift gears with is the KZ1-2 or DD2 KZ have 6 gears and dd2 have 2 gears.
Kz1 are good shifter Karts mate, the kart you were using were powerful but a lower minimax class
I actually raced in the rain a few times and it is super fun and yes there is no grip

I've done quite a lot of go kart races in my life, probably over 50, and one of them was in soaking wet conditions. My entire overall turned brown, because of the mud. xD

Hey Peter, Me and my friends all race on kart racing pro, we love it! It's such a blast when your doing it properly with your friends it's great. Also the game came out in 2009 but only came to steam earlier this month :)
You need to change the sprocket gears in the tune menu depending on the size of track.

Slap there is a host local and the reason you were spinning was because of your brake pressure, steering and throttle input. From a professional karter.

he is treating the game like its supposed to be fun , its a simulator for people who are serious about karting not for faffing around and complaining about understeer

The thing is that he comes into a karting simulator and expects it to drive like any car would. Karts are a completely different discipline.
They are single gear karts and they are 2 strokes so they have a slim powerband

omg I did not think that would be a thing in this game but go karts have a high reving motor and to get the most power u have to be on the high rmp if you look closely at the rmp u will see every time he passes a sarten rpm he gets faster

TheSLAPTrain what would you recommend for a first wheel? A Thrustmaster TMX, Thrustmaster 458 Spider Wheel, or a Thrustmaster TX or something else that is cheap and is really good
You have to hold it high in rpms its an 2stroke and going bout 18k rpm

and the reason its so expensive is cuz it is not cheap to make and there are very few ppl actually buying it to teach themselfs how to turn in irght for future kart races etc or any form of training
Me for example. Im doing karts irl fromm 120 to125 cc and believe me theyre pretty fast (k theyre so fast lol) and comparing game and real life i would i say its still far from reallity. Kz2karts (the fastest official class) 6gears And the acceleration is so fast (not talking about max speed ) EVEN kid at 7 yr old age can go almost a 100 km/h in the long straights.

You need to understand that this game is developed by only one guy named Piboso. He is also working on GpBikes and other simulators. Check out his channel on yt.

There might only be tracks and karts and maybe you can't play online but this is made for go karters like me to make us good if u went karting you would understand
