In the beginning of your walk around you had the master on, I would suggest checking the stall horn. Also check the brake assembly for leaks. When you drain the fuel, keep in eye on the sump drain, make sure that it doesn’t leak after you stab it. Few items to consider checking, fuel gauges, circuit breakers are in, drain from the fuel select valve.

With the recent Mooney crash in Florida is it true what they say that it’s common for Mooney’s baggage door to come off during flight and also door to open?
