Reminds me of my childhood. My Mom made me a cape when I was a kid and then one when I was a teen. Wish I still had it. I loved it. Lots of people wore them. I’m 58. My aunt crocheted one for me. Beautiful!! I might have to try and make one. My Mom passed last year. Reminds me of her. 🌟

It's the 73cm (28.7") radius. Be careful, if you increase the radius you also increase the arms, so they will be longer as well. If you want it longer only on the torso and not on the arms increase the radius only on the fold of the fabric so you would have an oval form in the end.
