Chicago’s CTA Transit Expansion

As part of the Green Line for Chicago’s CTA transit expansion, Stevenson Crane project managed the moves of two bridge sections destined for the Wells Green Line Station. Loading a barge dock at a marina on Chicago’s South side, and then transferring it through a shipping canal up to Roosevelt & Wells. The two pieces had to be removed from the barge to be welded and prepped for setting.
