    Agr vernier scale Mai 20 div hon tu least count 0.005cm hoga na??

      Yes,
      Didnt discuss zero error.
      Because the instruments i used were free of zero error.
      In exam we teacher have to give the instruments without zero errors

    Sir I had a problem in my practicals there's a formula R=FP+MSRxL.c so in this formula if I add and then multiply the answer would come in cm² but it is supposed to be in cm I am very confused!

      Abeeha , formula is wrong.
      Correct formula is
      Total Reading: MSR + (VSR*LC)
      Firstly lc multiplied by vsr and then added to msr

      Hello dear,
      Here we have solid cylinder, . That can have surface area as well as cross-sectional area,
      Here we only find the cross-sectional area

      When 0 of main scale donot coincides woth 0 of vernoer scale,then it is zero error.
      If Vernier zero passes main scale zero then zero error is substracted from the final reading.
      If Vernier zero is behind main scale 0, then zero error is added inthe final reading
