Can you also use this structure for statements like, "It DOESN'T seem/look like...."
For example, can you say "아이가 잘 안 자는 것 같아요."

I’d like to know about the past tense form of 걷다, 놀다, 열다 and something like that.
걷다 -> Present Tense -> 걸어요 ; Past Tense -> 걸었어요 ; Future Tense -> 걸을거예요
놀다 -> Present Tense -> 놀아요 ; Past Tense -> 놀았어요 ; Future Tense -> 놀거예요
열다 -> Present Tense -> 열어요 ; Past Tense -> 열었어요 ; Future Tense -> 열거예요
선생님 '쉽던 것 같아요' 느낌이 어색한데, 문법적으로는 문제가 없는데 한국인들이 이렇게 잘 안쓰는 건가요?
영어영문학과 담당 써요. 그냥 느낌이 과거형을 쓰면 좀 더 완료된 느낌이고 현재형이면 과거 그 시점에서 얘기하는 느낌이예요. 뜻은 별 차이가 없고요.
