An odd rating for 'Food and Beverage' 5/10--considering there was NO inflight service due to the short flying time, my rating would have been 'NA'--not applicable. Please consider for future trip reports to lengthen your takeoff/climb segments--you probably missed out on some gorgeous Chicago/Lake Michigan views--no doubt SWA made no profit with only 36 folks on board.
