Check out those Dagmars!
wow I'd love to own that one. They don't make anymore of them. Beautiful rare Caddy
I like that they put a blanket under the battery. A lot of people don't even bother
Sweet ride
Texaco Mechanic 1975, 21 years old. Morris Texaco Oak Ridge Tennessee, I would've kissed for *_this_* car back then! 😊
That Cadillac El Dorado convertible is so hot. I am jealous as all get out.
My 55 Caddy had the battery under the right front fender and was. Long 12volt I had to buy a John Deere battery for it as none of the parts houses had one. lol ran beautifully with just the single carburetor. Series 62 coupe with crank windows.
Beautiful Eldo Biarritz. Great to see it come back to life.
Beautiful classic car! Mike from Missouri
What a dream car!
That car is Awsome!! Excellent find gentlemen!!!
What a find!
Great to see the Caddy, my mother had a 58 blue drop top what a tank .
I wish I could have told you about the button for the trunk in the glove box... I was saying that when he was fumbling with the keys. my dad had olds 98 a 59 and it had that feature. really great car and great video. Thanks
Man we ALL wished you could have told us that!!
Sebastion looks so different with his hair short !!!
Don’t forget to connect up the belt for generator.
This car collection is amazing! I love your channel Randy & I mean no disrespect when I say this & am "not" trying to promote another channel, but I would to see you guys contact "WD Detailing" to detail one of those cars. If you've never seen them, they are some young cool cats that have 1.06M subscribers. They travel & do cool cars that have been sitting for years & deserve the finest attention for free. I think they'd be 'way" into it. Just food for thought. I know you all would hit it off big time. Be well.
I appreciate that!
i noticed that those tail fins are as long as a ‘57 Chevy.
i don’t know that much about Caddy’s but is it the’57 Biarritz the one with the chrome vertical bars on the windows?

Electronic trunk lock just gently push the lid and it pulls the deck lid shut.
Cadillac standard of the world in the 1950s. GM the mark of excellence. Americans put America on wheels. 🇺🇸
Nice find.
Thanks!
Hey Randy you should retitle this Cadillac El Dorado First start will it run and drive?
also first wash.....will go viral.
DUAL QUADS.......4 mpg....But totally Cool.
Doors sound very solid! But again it’s a Cadillac Barittz for crying out loud 😅
lol, I was going to jokingly say “ hit the trunk open button in the glove box “ never knew they were available this early in production!! 😂
I even looked in there for one and thought it was just for a light…should have pressed the silly thing !! 😂
I have a’56 Eldorado Seville with A/C and trunk release and wind down. First year for electric trunk release and wind down and electric antenna. Antenna is controlled by pushing the radio tuning knob in and out. I like this car a lot!
I think those Caddies and other GM luxury cars had remote opening and probaby even remote lock for the trunk. I have no idea if it was electric, hydraulic or simply mechanical.
It may be the biattriz model ,the back end is quite different from the normal production ones.
It is the Biarritz model!
Standard/typical 56 Eldorado rear end sheet metal.
Your round key fits the trunk.
It didn’t
How many bags of potting soil did it take to make it look like old dirt 🤔
It was that car cover that was on it, the thing just disintegrated and turned to this grey fluff. Really made it look worse than it was. Same thing with a couple other cars in the warehouse.
Are those Rochester Carburetors?
I was right, but impatient as I am I did not watch until the end before commenting.
like 7 !
couple of things to ask. was that a propane regulator on the engine? and was that your son helping start the car? thanks
No propane regulator . The young man is Jonas, the grandson of the fellow that collected these cars.
For sale? How much?
It will be for sale after we complete the revival process. Stay tuned for that!
Put on a shirt !
He spilled gas all over his shirt...it was a safety choice, not fashion !
great video.... ON MUTE!
Why ?
