The problem in the Philippines is that its laws regarding this matter incentivize criminals whether they are Filipinos or foreigners! What I mean is what is the penalty for criminals especially Filipino enablers and supporters in perpetrating this crime? Thank you for showing to all of us that there's still someone in the Senate who can do the job of a senator well and act accordingly as a senator. I hope and pray that your efforts regarding this Alice Guo case will not turn into void.
