This is great. It shows that good quality comes from taking our time during development, rather than rushing through productions with deadlines. It's why many indie games succeed more than commercial ones.
This is so inspiring! I'm so glad that no one overworks themselves or others and that you have such a supportive development team to work on these amazing games. Been hooked on Invisible Inc. for a whole year now and it shows how damn well you guys made it!
Klei is the best indie studio around. All their games are fun and top notch quality, just look at steam's reviews, all of them are from very positive to overwhelmingly positive scores, not a single fail. Keep up guys!
Omg, this made me want to work there so bad. Too bad the only thing i would be able to do is QA or.. who knows, mow lawn, clean bathrooms, lol, still, seems like it would worth a lifetime of tries :)
Wonderful work ethic. All our energy is spent worrying about faceless investors each quarter. Far more productive to worry about the staff over the course of a decade.
Amazing video guys. I am a super fan of your games. Dont Starve is amazing. Invisible. ONI. Just outstanding. And to know it is done by a company who cares about their people just makes it better. Dont change.
Love Klei, love Mark of the Ninja, best game ever and love this Polygon series... Too much love... I now need to go and kill someone... in a game, relax...
Oh man, look at that. When you treat the people that work for you like human beings , they excel.
This is great.

genuinely gives me hope for the future of gaming knowing that there are companies like Klei out there

"Am I allowed to swear?"
"Yeah, sure"
*swears get cut out*
Inspiring. First view of studio life that seems sane.
Excellent video, excellent series, excellent studio. Keep it up, Polygon!
EA wanted in on Shank. Afterwards, 15 levels and co-op has to be finished in 2 weeks. Yep, that's EA alright.
these are so good Polygon, its a crying shame they havn't had more views.

Excellent article and video feature. Polygon does great work. By far the best videogame site out there.
Mad respect for these guys.

Good video with a good meaning, also it was cool to see such humble developers.
Still a great example for the rest of the industry.
And they already have announced their new game, Incognita! Very fast working and diverse developer, one of the best right now.
Great episode. Love how relevant this is to so many industries. Good work philosophy though: fail faster, iterate sooner.
This series is wonderful.
Great watch.
Wow, this one was amazing! (mark of the ninja was also pretty cool)
Thanks for sharing. Great story and amazing games.
This is awesome
