I was stuck for ages. Just for other players. STARTING as the gym trainer does not count. You have to kill the ACTUAL guy and put on his clothes to get credit. I went through all others 3 times over since I was SURE I'd worn that one. Wasted so much time. Thx for guide.
Worth mentioning for future ref for anyone else who doesnt know, this applies to all maps, if you start in a disguise you already unlocked it wont count
