If you think about it, if any Latino rappers were to get famous, they would most likely be from Texas, NY, Chi, Florida or the biggest of them all, California. Especially Cali. And because street culture is embedded in rap, and because gang banging is embedded in Latino street culture, it’s more uncommon to see a Latino rapper that isn’t claiming.
