Are you telling me that great aunt Birgit just happens to pass away like that? No! She orchestrated it! Skyler! And I let her launder my money! And I shouldn't have. I took her into my own car wash! What was I thinking? She'll never change. She'll never change! Ever since she got involved, always the same! Couldn’t keep her hands out of the cash drawer! But not our Skylie! Couldn’t be precious Skylie!

The fact that a random criminal lawyer instead of some official authority informing Ted of the death of his great aunt Birgit in addition to the circumstances AND the sum being strangly close to his debt didn't raise multiple eyebrows for Ted is just hilarious. Absolutely love how the character was written, the end was so fitting for all of it too.

I love how in the lore of these shows, so much happens that is completely indistinct from Walter White. You could consider the other characters to all be far more important than Walter White, but he just happened to be the most dangerous villain among them all and brought everything to a close. He's like Thanos, only appears for two movies out of many significant turns of events in the Marvel franchise, but ended up being the very thing that destroyed everything.
