    Well, I used to think that if I don't believe my stressfull thoughts about the future that I won't be prepared for that punch in the gut. So while I wait for that to happen my stomach is in knots and my whole body and mind tensed up. I eventually got to the truth of this hidden thought and I understand. The Work is doing me ...my ego is having a fit about it because, as you have said, her very existence is now threatened. I notice and I stay in reality here now breathing. I feel calm, relaxed, okay even with symptoms of Covid. It is what it is. Something else that caused me a lot of suffering was the believe that certain thoughts and feelings were unacceptable and meant that I was a bad person. But all thoughts and feelings pass and I am not the body, I am not even the mind. That feels peaceful and true for me. Thank you. 🙏💗🧘

    I watch this video and I try to process
    and contemplate, all that it brings up in me...
    I'm in so much pain.
    Suicidal pain.
    Suicidal grief.
    Suicidal shame.
    Suicidal heartbreak.
    My heart is so deeply broken.
    My soul: raped and shattered.
    I am nauseous with grief, and shame.
    I am drowning in powerlessness.
    I wish to die.
    The pain is truly unbearable.
    I suffocate and drowned
    underneath the weight of it.
    How dear God?
    How to love myself through this?
    I'm in hell.
    Truly in hell.

      It's good that you recognize your feelings exactly as they are. This honesty is the beginning of meditation. Do the Work for a week, feeling it, especially the turnarounds. Please remember that judgment and shame are socially constructed! Socially constructed. Socially constructed. See that? You don't have to believe the society, you have your own pristine consciousness. Everyone does (serious) mistakes. We continue life forgiving ourselves and others. Love to you, take care.
