Singing live used to be the norm when performing on music shows, etc but nowadays it’s become rare with idols to do so.. it’s times like these (singing live) that I am proud to follow Seventeen still

So they can sing the songs with their own voice at live and it still not different from when we watch their mvs / mp3. Ofcourse, it because of the members are good at sing and rap too ~

Hoshi desperately wanted Woozi and Vernon in the performance unit. There’s a video of him watching DANCEOLOGY ft Vernon and he is so happy but going ‘I ALMOST HAD HIM’. Woozi was an ace in all things and could have been in the performance unit but he chose to be in the vocal unit since he was gonna produce anyway, and Woozi wanted Hoshi in the vocal unit as well because he finds his voice unique with the texture it has. Then Scoups came in as a trainee to be a vocalist and he has beautiful strong vocals, but he naturally gravitated towards rap and decided to go for that. What I’m trying to say is ALL THE MEMBERS are such ACES that they can easily do the other’s job if needed and every unit wants the other in them. They’re all rounders, all of em.
