Eric Hollaway (VA of ASTERIAN) has very impressively huge vocal range and has powerful voice too. Very refreshing to hear an older dude with low bass voice, very uncommon vocal type in vocal synths in general. I’m so looking forward to release of this voicebank and excited to see visual avatar reveal too!

I know people say this for every voice bank but DANG. usually you can at least hear it if you're already aware it's a vocal synth, but that's Just Some Guy. it does sound like there's a bit of a voice filter, but it sounds like one a Real Person Singer would add to their music for flavor, not the ones synths have.
Finally a new deep male vocal!! If any company would be able to give us a high quality bassy voice I knew it would be Eclipsed Sounds!! Asterian sounds so good already!!
Given that the last deep male English vocalist was Big-Al, I'm very excited. Checked out a bunch of Eric Holloway's stuff (you can find him on TH-cam) and he's incredibly talented. He goes from really warm deep bass tones into really high register whistle tones. I've no doubt in my mind that he'll be equally as impressive as SOLARIA, and will complement her very well should you use both. I'm very excited to hear more demos. Eclipsed Sounds sure seem to know how to pick their singers!
I have been listening to this on repeat. Asterian is the type of voice we've been lacking in vocal synth for years! I am so excited and will 100% be preordering him on Friday! I hope he gets a physical so I can put his box next to Solaria's on the shelf :)

Not to take away your excitement, but poc encapsulates A Lot of indenties, including Asian (which is a good majority of vocal synths/vocaloid out there). It's ok to say Black, my friend.
I'm white so I know my experience is definitely different than yours, but I'm also so happy about this! Like the fact I can't think of a black voicebank across all the mainstream engines like vocaloid, cevio and synth v, etc. definitely shows theres a lack of representation in the community and I'm so glad Asterian is coming and will hopefully spark even more representation!
