Hey. I just wanted to say thank you for this. I don't have any significant other at home and I have been feeling very alone recently. I just wanted to say thank you for being there to give me the closeness I crave when no one else was there for me. It means a lot. ❤
When I was a kid, I had a lot happen to me that lead to a whole bunch of ptsd and anxiety- at a really young age, which lead to crazy nightmares that were horrible for me and the people around that I woke up. However, on nights I had nightmares, I was always to afraid to move- but when I did, I’d go to my mom (rip) and come to her room. She would always tell me to come lay on her and ask if I wanted to tell her the dream, talk, or snuggle. Often I picked tell her and snuggle And from then on I’d find comfort in the sound of her heart, resting on her as I calmed down, letting her play with my hair and talk with me in the middle of the night when everyone was angry at the fact I woke up in a scream. Now every time I hear a heartbeat I’m reminded of her comfort and it makes life all the easer…. Thank you for this. It brought back memories of her I’m thankful to have
I'm 16 and today moved in another country. There was a lot of stress and i am still anxious about my misty future. This video helps me at least let myself sleep. Thank you ❤️
