I feel you. When they went uphill I was expecting a old man waiting for them, breathing! This episode was a emotional roller coaster 😭 dementia is such a scary illness as well. I guess there needs to be these things in life to make us remember to appreciate it more ☺️
That's the problem with bad parents, they get older and expect to be loved by their children but the trust was never built in the first place. It's hard, and very sad. I was tearing up with Donggook's father because he was honest about the way he was in the past, and it's nice to see both doing an effort to fix things if both at least try.
I feel like it's worse for people with bad or abusive parents when they die, because of the mix of emotions like I know my dad was a bad father and even parent but I'm so scared of how it'll feel when he dies.

+Melly Ru I'm a few years older but only last year started cooking earnestly. It can be discouraging, but once you find a recipe you can make really well, it gives you confidence and makes you want to cook more. Now I enjoy finding new recipes to cook, even if they don't always taste great :)
